SHAPE Challenges
- Let's have some fun together and play bingo!
- Registration is closed, but you can download the boards and still play with co-workers (you are just not eligible for prizes)
- All boards are available from your SHAPE representative or online below.
- On Fridays (by 3pm), give your board to your SHAPE representative or email SHAPE.
- Prizes include a weekly $25 gift card to local gas stations and grocery stores for one lucky/random participant.
- New this year: You gain more entries to win prizes with each new bingo (up to 5 max.) - horizontal, vertical, and diagonal.
- 1 bingo = 1 extra prize entry, 2 bingos = 2 extra prize entries....5+ bingos = 5 extra prize entries.
- 1 bingo = 1 extra prize entry, 2 bingos = 2 extra prize entries....5+ bingos = 5 extra prize entries.

- Week 2:
- WEAR RED SQUARE: One of the squares for this week is to Wear Red on Friday, February 3 to promote heart health awareness. Submit a photo to Travis Clark from our Public Information Office at tlclark@co.livingston.ny.us by 3:30pm that day to enter your team/group/department into the Facebook contest for a chance to win a Heart Healthy snack break from County SHAPE. More coming to all employees soon.
- EAP SQUARE: Another square added to week 2 includes watching an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) video. There are many awesome videos! If you haven't been to EAP, get started here: https://www.theeap.com/ and click the orange Member Login at the top of the screen. On the next screen, in the Welcome box, click register.
