Employee Health Screenings - July, 2022

Livingston County is once again partnering with UR Medicine Employee Wellness to help you prioritize your wellbeing.

All full-time permanent Livingston County employees are eligible to participate in UR Medicine Employee Wellness programs.

Individuals who complete the Personal Health Assessment, including the online health survey and on-site biometric screening, by July 31, 2022 will earn a $100 Amazon gift card.

Step 1. Online health survey:

Grab your smartphone or computer and log in to your secure wellness portal using your full name and date of birth. Once inside, the survey will ask about your lifestyle, health habits, and overall wellbeing. It takes about 10 minutes.

Step 2. On-site biometric screening:

A registered nurse will measure your blood pressure, heart rate, abdominal girth, and BMI. They’ll also take a small sample of blood through a finger stick (no blood draw) to get your cholesterol, triglyceride, and blood glucose numbers within minutes. Don't worry—you don’t need to fast beforehand. Your nurse will explain your results, answer your questions, and offer useful recommendations and resources to help you live your best life.

Takes about 20 minutes. Masks will be required while meeting with a nurse.

 Biometric screenings will be on-site July 11 - 27

  • July 11, 12, and 13  - Murray Hill
  • July 14 - Hampton's Corners
  • July 18 and 19 - Geneseo Government Center
  • July 27 - Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation

Step 3.  Earn a $100 Amazon Gift Card!!
