The Legal Excellence Awards were started to pay tribute to all the ways in which legal professionals work to make the Greater Rochester Community stronger.
“The 2022 Legal Excellence Honorees not only value their professional accomplishments, but commit time and resources to civic involvement and make a significant, positive impact on the region,” added Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, Senior Group Publisher of The Daily Record and Rochester Business Journal. “We are pleased to recognize their achievements.”
“I'm overwhelmed with gratitude to have been selected to receive a Legal Excellence Award for In-House Counsel,” said Hillier who has served Livingston County since 2017. “It's truly an honor to have my work recognized by the Rochester Business Journal and The Daily Record - it came as a great surprise, to be frank.”

I truly appreciate the opportunity to serve Livingston County.”
