Livingston County Water and Sewer Authority Launches New Website

WSA-Website

LAKEVILLE, N.Y., Feb. 6, 2023 — The Livingston County Water & Sewer Authority (LCWSA) has today unveiled a newly redesigned website at www.lcwsa.us.

The site update is intended to allow easier access to information and offer a more user-friendly experience for LCWSA customers, said Jason Molino, LCWSA Executive Director.

“One of our goals with this redesign was to minimize the number of clicks needed to get information,” he said. “We’ve streamlined the site to provide customers with a simple and easy user experience, along with a number of new features. I encourage all our customers to visit the new site and update their bookmarks today.”

Among the new features, LCWSA customers can now make requests for final meter reads and seasonal water shut offs online directly through the new website. Customers will also find simplified billing explanations, employment and bidding opportunities.

“From a transparency perspective, I think this new site brings website information to a new level, particularly in the municipal world in our area. It’s a big step toward providing more information to the public on the details, operations, and finances behind the LCWSA,” said Molino. “We welcome the public’s input and feedback regarding their thoughts on the new site. Site improvement will be an ongoing effort and we look forward to hearing from our customers.”
